Если Покупатель не согласен с тем, чтобы учесть их в цене контракта (т.е. увеличить цену контракта на их сумму), он должен прислать Продавцу своё возражение в установленный контрактом срок. Если он этого не сделает, то будет обязан возместить Продавцу эти расходы. |
