Все предложение переводить НЕ НАДО. Мне нужен только этот кусок "and the whole body has a different tonus if we are happy from the one it has when we are sad", причем отсюда я не понимаю только, к чему относится "it" в отрезке "...it has..." и к чему относится "the one". Объясните смысл, пожалуйста, мне для синтаксического разбора нужно.
