Espero que estén todos bien.

Quería consultarles lo siguiente. Estoy con un IEP y en una parte se menciona que quiere que la niña comience a interpretar las "beyond the text questions, within the text questions and inferential questions".

She scored 6/6 on comprehension and was able to answer both within the text and beyond the text questions at this level. She has dificulty with inferential questions.

Me da a entender que son tres tipos diferentes de preguntas. Mi duda es, qué son las beyond the text questions porque pensé que eran más del tipo de inferential questions. Pero me parece que no.

disagree  Alejandra Vallespir: No es lo mismo preguntas "críticas" (que puede entenderse como preguntas cruciales) que evaluar la compresión "crítica", son dos cosas diferentes, no se los puede separar con una barra como si fuera lo mismo.

  -> Gracias por el aporte, colega. Aunque encontré la expresión en varios sitios, vuelvo a leer "preguntas críticas" y coincido en que no fue una buena elección de palabras. Saludos.
agree  Jose Marino: simplemente doy un agree porque me parece bastante poco ético que alguien que participa con una propuesta también se erija en juez de otras respuestas y sin ni siquiera haber sustentado la propia, la cual, además, carece de una sintaxis correcta.

"Preguntas más allá del texto" me suena muy literal y "preguntas críticas" no tiene el mismo significado que lo que dice en el texto original así que aquí te dejo otra opción que me gustó y una explicación sobre las preguntas de comprensión crítica:

El nivel de comprensión crítica.
Implica un ejercicio de valoración y de formación de juicios propios del lector a partir del texto y sus conocimientos previos, con respuestas subjetivas sobre personajes, autor, contenido e imágenes literarias. Es la elaboración de argumentos para sustentar opiniones, esto supone que los docentes promuevan un clima dialogante y democrático en el aula (Consuelo, 2007).

ya que los sistemas de clasificación no son iguales o equivalentes, es probable que debas poner entre paréntesis que representativo equivale a "beyond de text". y explicar un poco qué se entiende por representativo.
