neutral  Toni Castano: Hola Marcelo. Cuidado con "recurso (de amparo)". Veo que "amparo" está entre paréntesis, sí, pero yo evitaría esa expresión ya que el amparo es un recurso de características muy especiales. Descarto que en este caso se trate de un amparo.
