Hola:
estoy traduciendo un apartado de comisiones del consejo de administración de una sociedad y me he encontrado esta frase que no consigo entender del todo, especialmente porque no parece tener demasiada relación con la frase que viene a continuación.
Si la examino a parte de la frase siguiente, entiendo que quiere decir que todos los miembros de la comisión tendrán que ser notificados de las reuniones de la misma. ¿Es así?
Agradezco de antemano cualquier ayuda.

Each committee may determine the procedural rules for meeting and conducting its business and shall act in accordance therewith, except as otherwise provided herein or required by law.
****Adequate provision**** shall be made for notice to members of all meetings; one-third (1/3) of the members of any committee shall constitute a quorum unless the committee shall consist of one (1) or two (2) members, in which event one (1) member shall constitute a quorum; and all matters shall be determined by a majority vote of the members present.
