Tenía mis dudas al puntuar esta pregunta. Aunque la pregunta en sí era peggable, peggable sales card en el contexto viene siendo una tarjeta regalo, como habéis indicado tú o Antonella y el peggable resultaría un tanto superfluo en español, como indica Florencia en los comentarios.
