English term or phrase: Q&A
Translating a medical brochure (so space is very limited) and the format is Q&A, for instance:

Q: what to do if this happens?
A: here's what you should do.

So I'm wondering how to translate the Q: and the A:.

The target audience is the Latino community in Florida. I don't want to use the complete words (pregunta and respuesta) because they'd throw the design of the brochure, but I'm not sure P: and R: quite do the trick.

Suggestions?

Explanation:
I would consider omitting the Q and the A altogether, and maybe using bold typeface for the question and regular for the answer, to distinguish them. You already have the question mark to identify it as such, and it's common sense that what comes after the question is its answer
