It's more like an addition to what you've said (so we don't misunderstand each other), but "the terms of the Agreement (including these Standard Terms) shall be incorporated into the Order Form or Work Order as if written out in full therein" does not mean they won't be printing anything related to the terms on these forms.

It could just be a (much) short(er) note. You can see that online when you register for something. Typically, there is a hyperlink you can click on to read the business's T&Cs, privacy statement or whatever.

In essence, they don't want to "bore" you with details you don't want to know or don't care about.

I did receive something similar once; it was a contract with a phone company, and the T&Cs were available online but, as far as I recall, were not attached to the paper I had signed.

Also, it's easier to update/change something if necessary.

Got it, thanks for taking the time to explain....I thought 'incorporate' would mean to 'add them' 'integrate them', that's why I found it 'bizarre' (hehe) to 'add' S.T + Agreement terms 'as if' written out in full, because obviously, they would be written out in full as they would be integrated...oui ? Anyway, merci beaucoup, it's a lot clearer now.

These agreed "terms, including standard terms" will not be printed on the Order Forms / Work Orders but will still apply as if / comme si they were integrally printed/reproduced in these Order Forms / Work Orders. Can't see any problem with that.

Usually applicable Terms and Conditions are explicitly reproduced in the "small print" of the Order Form (or the Work Order).

Here they have agreed with clients NOT to print them, but to nevertheless apply them "as if" they were integrally reproduced in the Order Forms / Work Orders. Sounds pretty straightforward to me ...

Your ST is not an "agreement" - there is no named other party!

What you are translating sounds more like a statement of policy - i.e. General terms [="STANDARD TERMS", as it's in effect called in your ST!] to be applied to any specific agreements that will be concluded with a named client.

So all mentions of "agreement" are about future agreements with future clients, that will be based on these "General Terms"

Ok, du coup 'as if written out in full therein'...'comme si elles (the terms) y étaient écrites dans leur intégralité' ? On demande que les conditions du Contrat soient incorporées dans le Bon ou Formulaire de commande, comme si elles y étaient écrites dans leur intégralité ? Ce "as if" est bizarre, puisqu'ils demandent à incorporer les conditions du Contrat + Conditions générales... C'est redondant, non ?

Avec une majuscule, c'est le terme défini comme Agreement dans votre document. Probablement celui que vous êtes en train de traduire et si c'est le cas : « le présent Contrat/Accord » (prenez le terme que vous avez utilisé dans vos définitions) ou, pour éviter les répétitions, « aux/les présentes », etc.
