It's more like an addition to what you've said (so we don't misunderstand each other), but "the terms of the Agreement (including these Standard Terms) shall be incorporated into the Order Form or Work Order as if written out in full therein" does not mean they won't be printing anything related to the terms on these forms.
It could just be a (much) short(er) note. You can see that online when you register for something. Typically, there is a hyperlink you can click on to read the business's T&Cs, privacy statement or whatever.
In essence, they don't want to "bore" you with details you don't want to know or don't care about.
I did receive something similar once; it was a contract with a phone company, and the T&Cs were available online but, as far as I recall, were not attached to the paper I had signed.
Also, it's easier to update/change something if necessary.
