easy set up lead / lag pick off points explanation Explanation: IMO here 'lead' and 'lag' refer to the time difference between the start and end of spraying and when the part to be painted passes a particular reference point. Spraying must start some time before the leading edge of the part arrives at the spraying location (lead time) and continue for some time after the trailing edge passes the location (lag time). The pick-off points are the reference points for controlling the spray timing. |
