You have to remember that the F1 cyclamen is referred to as "standard", but that you can have 'novelty' (which is how I would translate 'fantaisie') in specific varieties of this cyclamen. http://www.norseco.com/pdf/Syngenta Brochure 2013-2014.pdf

That's how I understand the sentence. I don't know whether the word "imaginative" is appropriate in the context - Tony's suggestion "fancy" might be suitable.

Although there exist, as I'm sure you'll have found, varieties of cyclamen called "Fantasia", I can't help thinking that this just means "created for fun", the idea of a cyclamen grown as a standard being slightly over the top (actually I would have doubted that this is possible, but imaginative growers are constantly striving to delight gardeners)

Like you, I am slightly puzzled by the construction here, but wonder if maybe it needs to be understood as 'créées en standard comme [en] fantaisie'? In which case it would just be the standard meaning of 'comme', cf. the archaic EN in the Lord's Prayer "...on Earth as in Heaven"

In many fields, 'fantaisie' is just 'fancy' — however, I don't know if this is a term used in horticulture, but that should be easy enough for you to research.
