Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / French Annual Statement of Accounts
French term or phrase: INSTAL.AGENCEM.AMENA.DIV.
This is an item on a financial statement.

I thing that it has something to do with office equipment or installations, but I am not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just realized that the Asker is based in the US, and maybe the items from a US GAAP chart of accounts are more appropriate. If that's the case, "leasehold improvements" is the US GAAP item for this.

Leasehold Improvements
Leasehold improvements are defined as improvements made to leased property that will revert to the lessor at the expiration of the lease. Leasehold improvements include construction of new buildings or improvements made to existing structures by the lessee, who has the right to use these leasehold
improvements over the term of the lease. Moveable equipment or office furniture [eg compte 2184 "mobilier" on a French chart of accounts] that is not attached to the leased property is not considered a leasehold improvement.

FF&E, miscellaneous

Explanation:
INSTAL.AGENCEM.AMENA.DIV. = Installations, agencements, aménagements, divers.

FF&E = Furniture, fixtures and equipment

What Is Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)?

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (abbreviated as FF&E or FFE) refers to movable furniture, fixtures, or other equipment that have no permanent connection to the structure of a building. These items, which include desks, chairs, computers, electronic equipment, tables, bookcases, and partitions, typically depreciate substantially over their long-term use but are nevertheless important costs to consider when valuing a company, especially during liquidation events.

Installations, agencements et aménagements divers
Plant + equipment, sundry fixtures and fittings

Explanation:
Let's parse the phrase right. It tails off aménagements divers, the latter qualifying aménagements.

Installations arguably comprise plant that includes - for tax purposes - such items as translators' and interpreters' dictionaries.

Perhaps refrain from abbreviating owing to standing jokes amongst e.g. UK chartered accountants and that are unrepeatable: F+F or F, F +F or F,F,F, F + F.

installation of agency provisions

Explanation:
In a financial statement which includes summaries or numerical descriptions of assets, they are categorized as material assets, such as office supplies, equipment, furnishings and provisions, or intangible assets such as software, facilities and developments.

neutral  Cyril Tollari: see discussion. I don't think a literal translation is the best approach in this case, plus the term "divers" doesn't apply solely to "aménagements", even as a literal translation it needs improvement
