French term or phrase: At Frais de . . .
Hello,

I am reworking the report and accounts for a client in IT/TV industry. In the clients changes to last year's accounts they have added the word 'At' in front of several line items. For example:

At Frais de rechercher et dév
At Frais d’établissements
At Mobilier

The fact that the second word is capitalised throws me a little also.

I have contacted the client but they are OOO until Monday, which is my deadline for resubmitting these accounts.

Thank you

Does anyone have any idea what this might mean?
