I'm currently translating a contract for a software company and I can't find anything for this phrase...any ideas would be very welcome!

Context:
"Les frais inhérent à, ce dépôt : frais de constitution des supports, Frais de personnels, frais postaux, frais de déplacement seront intégralement à la charge du CLIENT."

The "dépôt" refers to the deposit of the source codes at the "Association pour la Protection des Programmes" in Paris.

Thanks to Phil for suggesting I turn my discussion entry into an answer.

See solutions de dépôt>dépôt physique on the Agence pour la Protection des Programmes website (https://www.app.asso.fr/nos-solutions/deposer) where it says « tout type de supports acceptés » near the bottom.

Support is one of those slippery words that often causes problems, but based on your context, my best guess is that it refers to the physical medium on which the source code in question is stored (for registration & protection) and via which it can be accessed or transferred (contrast with an online repositary like GitHub).

Constitution de is a little unclear but I think it can be sidestepped, the point being that the costs of obtaining, acquiring or assembling the medium are for the customer to bear.

So perhaps the simplest way to put it is "hardware costs", with hardware being anything that source code can be written and stored on and transferred from (e.g. hard drives, flash drives, USB drives, disks).
