I have the following "greffon de baguette tibiale encastré"

I think it might be "tibial inlay graft" because "greffon encastré" = "inlay graft (https://dictionnaire.academie-medecine.fr/index.php?q=greffo... but I seem to loose the notion of "baguette".

Any suggestions?
