Si tratta della traduzione di un brevetto.

"Un serbatoio di distribuzione di un liquido per piante e vegetali comprendente, su una sua porzione principale, un foro di riempimento....".
Il mio tentativo di traduzione è:
"A tank for the distribution of a liquid for plants and vegetables comprising, on a main portion thereof, a filling hole...."
Penso di non poter tradurre vegetali con vegetables in quanto può trattarsi anche di piante non alimentari. Devo allora tradurre unicamente con "plants"? Chiedo aiuto ai madrelingua. Grazie
