I am puzzled with these two:
分離元本振決国債
分離利息振決国債

considering that 分離適格振決国債 is translated as "Book-entry JGBs Eligible to STRIPS".

The sentence goes like this:
甲は乙に対し、甲の顧客口座の日銀が定める内訳区分に記載されている分離元本振決国債及び分離利息振決国債について、乙所定の手続きに従って、元利統合の申請をすることができる。
