刑印

Japanese to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / court documents
Japanese term or phrase: 刑印
This term is used in a 略式命令, indicated in parenthesis in the lower right corner of the document.

Like this: (刑印056)

It's not a stamp (which, to me, seems to suggest that it's not a serial number) but is typed like the rest of the content of the document.

Maybe this is the name of the form being used?
In that case, maybe it means "Form 056 for Criminal Cases"?

Any suggestions and speculations would be appreciated.

(judicial) sentence

Explanation:
"prison term" is the informal way of saying it. "Sentence" is probably more feequently used in criminal law. Would this fits in this 'summary order"?

Please Note: Yours truly used "penal code" as distinct from "criminal code" in the post discussion posted earlier. On browsing more on this point, I discover that some jurisdictions use the term 'penal code 'as an alternate term for 'criminal code', or just merge the two into a single code as 'penal code'. So it would be safer to take 刑別, literally as : (dealt with under a judicial code) other than the Criminal code".
Rendering that qualifier as '(dealt with under the) Civil Code' (or the common law of ‘Tort’), only if it can be determined that the distinction made in the body of text leaves ' Civil code' (or 'Tort') as the only remaining option in the code range of judicial system concerned.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you for your suggestion! I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, though, neither "prison term" nor "(judicial) sentence" seems right in the context concerned. According to the 主文 of the document, the person is sentenced to a fine for the crime of automobile accident. After further searches on the internet, I'm beginning to think that another way to phrase this "刑印" is "刑別印", but then I don't understand what "刑別印" means, either.
