Japanese term or phrase: 廃熱先
Hi everyone,

I have come across this term in an essay on nuclear safety.
最終的な廃熱先確保の強化 is mentioned along with 外部電源確保の強化 as one of the steps taken by nuclear operators since 3/11 to improve nuclear safety.
I assume 廃熱先 refers to facilities (?) to which waste heat is directed, but I cannot find the exact term.
Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you. I am not sure whether it was referring to reuse necessarily, so I went with "waste heat sink", which I think does not preclude the possibility of reuse.

waste heat resevoir

Explanation:
先 means a destination for the waste heat to be collected and disposed of, so I think "Waste heat reservoir" or "waste heat collection area", "waste heat discharge" would be appropriate.
