Malay term or phrase: bt. wt.
Found this abbreviation in a birth certificate. Can someone enlighten me as to what it stands for? I have been cracking my head for days, searching in dictionaries and websites, trying to come up with something. I know it has something to do with the baby's weight as it precedes a weight (eg: BT. WT. 3.6kg)

Would appreciate some input. Thank you!

berat semasa lahir
Explanation:
It seems to be the abbreviation for "birth weight".

Or possibly, a combination of Malay and English, as in Berat / Weight.

Birth Weight

Explanation:
It is "birth weight" . And not berat weight although the temptation is there to say so. Our brother's first explanation is correct.
