Norwegian to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering: Industrial / Transformer manufacture
Norwegian term or phrase: lastkoblere
The term appears in the following sentence: Våre underleverandører er ledene på produksjon av isolert kobber, kjerneblikk, lastkoblere, kjølere og annet utstyr.
It appears on the website of a Norwegian manufacturer of transformers. Part of the website has already been translated and suggests the word might mean 'tap changer' but I'm wondering whether the correct translation should include the idea of load to reflect the 'last' part. Can anyone help or confirm?
Many thanks
