Norwegian term or phrase: prestasjonsgruppe / prestasjonsteam
Still in a CV. Background: selection and recruitment services. "Har arbeidet med utviklingsprosjekt med ledergrupper og prestasjonsteam". Also referred to as "prestasjonsgruppe". I see this is used a lot in Norwegian - but what exactly is it? So far my research has come up with "high performance teams", a concept used in similar contexts in English.

Explanation:
Methinks 'high' is better left unsaid, as this is neither stated nor implied in the source.

I'm sure you'd agree that in 'performance car', high performance is more than just implied, while in 'performance review', the possibility of substandard performance is very much open - and possibly the reason for holding such a review. Performance team falls somewhere in between - it is a team that understands its performance will be monitored or measured, while the expectation that said performance is of a high nature is at best implied. Prestasjonsteam may indeed be no more dramatic than a group of people whose salary is directly linked to their sales/work/quality performance. So, perhaps "performance" is the wrong word? How about 'yield group'? 'Achievement group? Naah, didn't think so...

I'm going for "high performance" because this phrase cropped up all the time for my context, recruitment and selection consultancy service.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hmmm.. don't quite agree with that, Per. All my searches for recruitment and selection companies used "high performance", and in a way I can see why. "prestasjon" has, to my understanding, an inherent element of positiveness about it which "performance" lacks.
