This is a paper on PRRSV - I understand the concept of this phrase but not sure how to translate it scientifically.

Demais riscos são a introdução e/ou importação ilegal de vacina viva para PRRSV e também a presença de suídeos de vida livre (javalis) positivos para PRRSV (42). Esses animais são um importante fator de risco para a propagação e introdução de várias doenças no rebanho doméstico (comercial ou subsistência), principalmente por serem de vida e transito livre, podendo inclusive transmitir zoonoses.
