neutral  liz askew: this doesn't seem to exist in En/No they don't. It is bulb and calyces. "Bulb" though does not clarify the relevant part of the anatomy - duodenal/penile/ureteral?? My research seems more logical:)

  -> Well, bulbo-caliacial doesn't seem to exist in Portuguese either. It seems to be a coined term. Bulbo- and calyceal do exist by themselves though. / Real, established examples: bulbourethral (hence bulbo-) and pyelocalyceal (hence -calyceal)
