neutral  VASKON: to extend time it's enough to show longer even a still image. The idea was to make people watching longer by making a plot within a short clip )

  -> So? If you "make people watch longer," you've "extended the display-time of the content" for them. It doesn't matter that there are other ways of extending the time. Stretching it out by animation is the one discussed here, as will be obvious to readers.
