Let's take a typical disclaimer: "This is a work of fiction. Any names or characters, businesses or places, events or incidents, are fictitious. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.”
And make it cheeky/non-fiction: "This is a work of non-fiction. Any names or characters, businesses or places, events or incidents, are indeed, real. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is not coincidental.”
It’s literally as simple as this, which is why I just used fiction examples as references in my answer. Which words, you choose to highlight (from the typical set found in disclaimers), to carry over the author's intent is of course, up to you. :) I just think using typical words is important because the original sounds natural in Russian, so I wouldn't use a word that sounds off in English.
It's actually the opposite of the usual disclaimer you see in a work of fiction. He says the details/secrets/what have you are real unless otherwise specified.
How about "details"? Unless meant to be serious/formal (context), disclaimers are often perceived as tongue in cheek due to form, so words that might sound off to the native ear because they're not really used in disclaimers, may not be necessary for the effect you're looking for.
So @Marlin31's "other secrets" conveys that KGB agent vibe he's referencing. @Mikhail Kropotov -- ok, maybe not "true" then. How about "real" or even "the real deal"?

Граница между юмористическим (проявлением остроумия) и стилистическим приёмом, на мой взгляд, нередко бывает условна. И мне не раз представлялось, что для юмористических приёмов подходят все те же способы классификации ак. Апресяна, что и для стилистических.
Здесь, как мне кажется, имеет место умышленное внесение автором расхождения между буквальным и контекстуальным значением фразы. Буквальное значение - про явочные квартиры. Но книга навряд ли о буднях шпионов (контекстуальное значение). Получается либо абсурд или бессмыслица (что маловероятно), либо умышленная нотка юмора, свежее стилистическое украшение (а заодно и отсылка к культурным реалиям).
Коллега, давайте обсуждать английский, а не русский, потому что у меня на современные принципы употребления Вы/вы, например, несколько другой взгляд (с градуацией ты/вы/Вы). Так что же теперь, на личности переходить, что ли?
Во-первых, "нас" всего один. Это к вопросу о нормах русского языка. Если обращаетесь к неизвестному Вам человеку, а не к группе "товарищей", то принято обращаться "Вы", а не "вы". Во-вторых, про смыслы - мопед не мой, тему поднял не я. Но смысл в художественном произведении и отдельных его элементах должен быть. Если смысл отсутствует в элементах целого, то и в самом целом его нет. Это законы логики. Надеюсь, опровергать их не будете, по крайней мере, сегодня. Отсюда следует "в-третьих". Смысл этой фразы - шутливый тон автора. Буквальный перевод этого не передаст. Вы же не "оперу" пишите (имена, даты, адреса). Потому names, passwords, and other "secrets" (последнее именно взятое в кавычки) вполне передает авторскую идею.
Поскольку это цитирование известной (хотя и в разных формах) фразы, искать здесь логику (или намеренное отступление от неё) представляется неосмысленным.
Фраза с одновременным включением семантически, как вы указываете, избыточной пары "явки"+"адреса" и так встречается, например в "Иванькиаде" Войновича (литература) и "Где находится нофелет?" (к/ф).
К вопросу о смыслах и логике. Изначальная фраза, "фамилии, явки и адреса", "хромает" в смысле логики, как минимум, на одну ногу. Явки и адреса - суть одно и то же. И потому адекватнj перевести такую фразу будет очень затруднительно. Вероятно, автор ненамеренно подменил известное выражение "имена, пароли, явки". Один из вариантов перевода привел в своем ответе. Возможен и другой, более близкий к тексту, вариант - names, passwords, and places...
I figured as much. Unless something better is suggested, I'm going to use @Marlin31's suggestion, "and other secrets," and write something like "all the names, places, and other secrets I give up are true."
You may well go along with Katya's suggestion and add the humour factor in some other way. Like, for example, purposefully subverting the "This is a work of fiction..." disclaimer (as is done by numerous TV shows etc to great comic effect).

As this is a lit. translation, I'd sub something that sounds like a traditional disclaimer would sound in English and/or get creative and use something that would make the author sound like a smart alec (if that's the intention), but that still sounds natural in English (не режет ухо). "Details" would work in both cases, i.e. "names, details, locations," although "names, events, locations," can still sound both humorous and not depending on the tone/style the author goes on to use in the book.
