vjerujem da je sam termin poznat veæini - radnici koji nisu otpušteni, ali ne idu na posao. primaju minimalan lièni dohodak i osnovne beneficije (penziono i socijalno).

naišla sam, u dokumentu na kojem radim, da ih navode kao 'waiting workers', a meni je to totalno 'beze', pa eto... ako neko ima adekvatniji termin, bila bih zahvalna za pomoæ!
