Why do you waste your time with such KudoZ questions? According to the KudoZ rules, askers should provide the necessary surrounding context to get efficient help from peers. Glindon has not done it yet, although he was politely asked to post the "full context". This query cannot be solved satisfactorily without that context. For the sake of efficiency and the good of Kudoz as a whole, I would refrain from taking part in this type of "guesswork exercises".

There must be an error, it doesn't mean anything unless it's the name of the store "La Requería". "Requerir" is a verb: required, needed. "The job required..." "El trabajo requería..."

Yes I apologise for the multiple postings. While "requirements" is a correct translation, I think, as I have said before, that it is too vague . I think a better rendition would be "essential services/goods" (what is required).

[I see, not offered to me and I've been around a while.] Anyway, of course we are used to seeing "requisito" or even "requerimiento" as nouns and I wondered if it was meant to be a verb, and just phrased wrong

I'm an editor, one step down from a moderator. I never asked for it - I think it's something you get automatically after a while.
I'm wondering whether this word is a typo. I can't find any dictionary support for "requirements".

thanks for extra context. I agree that "requirements" is vague but I think that's intentional. In this case, with added context, it could mean planning requirements but I think it best to leave just the one word. Vague in Spanish, vague in English

Welcome to Kudoz. It looks like you have posted this question 4 times so perhaps you could close the extra ones?
Also, to help you best we need full context. So, far more than the few words you have given here. But it looks to me that it is a list of requirements from what you've given.
