Spanish term or phrase: Reparador de PC
Hola, colegas:

No encuentro nada convincente. :P

¡Gracias!

computer/pc repair technician/engineer
Explanation:
Many cases are found where an engineer is used for this type of jobs. This is particularly true in the UK. In case that some of them are found somewhere in the USA, it is included.

A computer repair technician is someone who installs, analyzes, repairs and maintains many different types of computer equipment, or may specialize in working on networks or servers. Technology is continually evolving, therefore the technician has to keep up to date in order for him be able to analyze and troubleshoot each specific job.

neutral  philgoddard: I know he's male, but you should avoid gender-specific terms. And I don't think this is the right answer for the context anyway.

-> I thought about not using the gender-specific term, but it IS gender-specific in the original, so my translation is entirely accurate. Also, my second option, "technician", is NOT gender-specific, so the asker can use that to be politically correct.

Explanation:
If this is the name of a course, you'd say "repair(s)" rather than "repairman/repairer".

If you want to integrate the concept into the title of a course, I think this, by far, is a better option than the other one offered as a course title.
