This article on a storage park for petroleum product uses the term 'pigado' in reference to the pigging system (Pipeline Inspection Gauge system) that it uses to (internally) clean the pipes -

agree  bigedsenior: It is a basic system in many industries using pipeline transportation-transfer. Not only is it used for cleaning and scraing but also for recovery of product that has adhere to the pipe walls.
