Otherwise, administrative receivership is rather UK-OZ-centred.

Often a trustee in bankruptcy in E+W or the USA cf. sequestrator in Scotland is appointed for an individual and liquidators for companies, but weblinks extend the definition to businesses as in US 'Chapter 11 bankrupt corporations'.

English + Welsh companies wound up on 'the grounds of insolvency' are dealt with by the 'Bankruptcy Court'.

I can't call up the links for a Creditors-appointed Committee of Inspection US: Deed of Inspectorship or Can. Superintendency of Bankruptcy, so will leave those regional terms for now ...
