"Asimismo solicito a usted ciudadano Juez que una vez evacuadas las referidas testimoniales **se sirva declararlas título suficiente que acredita [sic] mi representada como Única y Universal Heredera de [nombre], titular de la cédula de identidad [número], de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil."

Dicho artículo reza:

"Si se pidiere que tales justificaciones o diligencias se declaren bastantes para asegurar la posesión o algún derecho, mientras no haya oposición, el Juez decretará lo que juzgue conforme a la ley, antes de entregarlas al solicitante, o dentro del tercer día, si esta petición se hubiere hecho posteriormente a la primera diligencia; quedando en todo caso a salvo los derechos de terceros.

El competente para hacer la declaratoria de que habla este artículo es el Juez de Primera Instancia del lugar donde se encuentren los bienes de que se trate."

El documento es venezolano. La traducción es para los Estados Unidos.

Lo que entiendo es que solicita que la decisión sobre la petición sea suficiente como para acreditar a la persona como única y universal heredera. Pensé en algo como "that you declare that this decision/ruling is sufficient to evidence that my principal is the sole and universal heiress of..."
