Spanish term or phrase: percepciones-prospección
SPAIN. I know what "percepciones" means and am aware of how "prospección" is used in market research, but this binomial piece of jargon is annoying me so much I can't get past it. The 2 instances of "acerca" so close together are also harshing my mellow. All suggestions welcome :)

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.
I eventually used something like “an international prospective research study to gain insights … into perceptions of aspects related to…”
A bit wordy perhaps, like the original, but I think it works.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Maybe.... I might ask the client exactly what they mean, but they'll probably just tell me it's industry jargon.

Asker: I'm starting to like this more and more. So far, the responses from the client have been rather vague... :)
