Spanish term or phrase: se advierte su pronunciado remetimiento
I wonder if someone can help me with the phrase at the end of this sentence. To begin with I'm not really sure what "remetimiento" means. I found "recess" in another kudoz question, but I can't be sure that's what this is, so if anyone has any other ideas about the word, please let me know. The other thing is I'm not sure how to parse the last part of the sentence correctly after "además".

Here's the context, it's a small figurine dug from a site in Nayarit, Mexico:

Does it mean "it has no chin, although its pronounced "remetimiento" is visible when viewed from the side" or "it has no chin, though only when viewed in profile, otherwise its pronounced "remetimiento" is visible".

Any help is greatly appreciated.

English translation:The pronounced inward angle can be seen
Explanation:
It may be more of a punctuation problem: the phrase seems to make better sense when the second comma is removed, giving 'solo cuando se ve de perfil se advierte su pronunciado remetimiento'
Remetimiento is most likely from remeter - to tuck in, tuck further back (so the chin is tucked in under the mouth)
'It has no chin, although the deep recess is noticeable only when viewed in profile'
or 'there is no chin, although the pronounced inward angle is only noticeable when viewed from the side'

agree  Charles Davis: Yes, remetimiento is the state of being tucked in; "mentón remetido" (chin tucked in) is used in Pilates. I think "pronounced inward angle" is a good solution here (not necessarily a deep recess).
