Hola! estoy traduciendo el informe de un electro que dice "Frecuencia cardiaca 75 por minuto. Dos ruidos en cuatro focos. Silencios libres. Sin fallo de bomba" no puedo encontrar como traducir la frase "Dos ruidos en cuatro focos". Por lo que pude investigar los ruidos son "sounds" pero no estoy segura que sea lo correcto, ni tampoco sé como traducir el resto de la frase.

As said, I feel the Spanish original is but a weird attempt to describe normal heart sounds ("first and second heart sounds can be heard in all four common auscultation sites", as already explained by Anne in Discussion). I do not see no need to use the literal uncommon Spanish rendering; normal heart sounds indicates an auscultation where normal S1 and S2 heart sounds are heard over the four main heart valve areas;

There are two normal heart sounds that should be elicited in auscultation: S1 (lub) and S2 (dub). The practitioner should listen over each of the four main heart valve areas: the aortic, pulmonary, tricuspid and mitral valve areas.
