Existen dos válvulas redundantes ubicadas en paralelo en la impulsión de las bombas de circulación (A y B), ambas reciben orden de apertura actuando a la demanda sólo la bomba A dado que la B se encuentra normalmente abierta. Por lo tanto la habilitación de la impulsión está prácticamente garantizada.

Significa "dando una respuesta?". No estoy segura.

Explanation:
The order to change conditions is issued by operational concerns or even automatically. As bomb A is the only one which is not in the open condition, it is the target of the request to open, both bombs will be in the open condition.
