Outline planning permission

Explanation:
I am not 100% sure but comparing my local council's planning website (https://www.stalbans.gov.uk/application-forms-and-validation... and the following website (https://www.luisjurado.es/que-diferencia-hay-entre-proyecto-... 'outline' planning permission could push the reader in the right direction as after 'outline' planning, a 'fully detailed proposal is put forward' (known as 'approval of reserved matters') (see link to the planningportal.co.uk website below). In Spain, after the 'proyecto básico', there is a 'proyecto de ejecución': Comprende además de la documentación incluida en el Proyecto Básico, la que desarrolla la estructura y las instalaciones del futuro edificio y los detalles constructivos necesarios para llevar a cabo la obra completa de construcción (luisjurado.es). In any case, I would provide an English translation and the Spanish term in brackets.
