Seeking tips from translators already working with Bureau Works

Good morning,

We are two translators recently hired by a large hospital who will be using the Bureau Works platform to perform in-house translations. Although we're both experienced in a variety of CAT applications and utilities, Bureau Works is a new creature for us. Have other translators been using it either as freelance translators or in-house ones? In particular, I'm interested in the following:

1) How easy it is to create, maintain and search translation memories?
2) Can more than one translation memory be attached to a given project?
3) When creating a term base, can various metadata be included: definitions, examples, grammar category, images? [Note: this multiple functionality is currently possible in tools like memoQ 11]
4) Is there a user manual for Bureau Works?
5) Is there a user forum not affiliated with Bureau Works?
