Source text - English This guideline is applicable for the Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) operation consisting of a coker heater design that features two radiant sections operating in parallel and both radiant sections share a common combustion air preheating system. Each radiant section contains two parallel tubing coils passes sharing a common convection section. The suggested guideline is specific to the shutdown of one of the coker heater’s radiant section containing two parallel tubing coils. Implementation of this shutdown operation is in preparation for off-line coil pigging or off-line steam/air decoking of coil tubing. Operators performing this operation should be adequately trained, thoroughly understand the DCU operation and have sufficient experience in normal unit start-up/shutdown operations.
Starting the selected shutdown of a coker heater radiant section should occur at least 3-hours following a coke drum feed switch to ensure the in-service coke drum’s overhead vapor temperature is greater than 425°C. Thirty (30) minutes prior to beginning the scheduled coker heater radiant section shutdown, reduce the DCU fresh feed flow rate proportional to the planned reduction in on-line coker heater capacity. Adjust high pressure velocity steam flows and tubing coil flows as may be required
Translation - Russian Настоящая инструкция применима к Установкам замедленного коксования (УЗК) с печью, состоящей из двух радиантных секций, работающих параллельно с общей системой подогрева топочного воздуха. Каждая радиантная секция содержит два параллельных змеевика с общей конвекционной секцией. Предлагаемая инструкция предполагает останов одной из радиантных секций печи, состоящей из двух параллельных змеевиков. Останов осуществляется при подготовке к внутренней очистке или паровому декоксованию змеевика паром/воздухом на выключенном оборудовании. Операторы, выполняющие такие операции, должны иметь соответствующую квалификацию, четкое представление о принципах работы УЗК и достаточный опыт проведения пуско-остановочных операций в нормальном режиме.
Процесс останова радиантной секции печи должен быть начат не менее чем через 3 часа после переключения потока топлива на коксовый барабан, таким образом, чтобы температура пара с верха работающего коксового барабана превышала 425°C. За тридцать (30) минут до начала запланированного останова радиантной секции коксовой печи сократите расход подачи свежего сырья на УЗК пропорционально запланированному сокращению мощности печи. Скорректируйте поток скоростного пара высокого давления и поток в змеевике соответствующим образом.

Source text - English Within 15 (fifteen) days of issue of the Acceptance Protocol for the Works, the amount of any Performance Bond shall be reduced to five percent (5%) of the Fixed Lump Sum as at the date of Acceptance Protocol upon consent of the Owner, not to be unreasonably withheld.
Where the Contractor has provided a Performance Bond in accordance with Article 3.8.2, the Contractor shall ensure that such Performance Bond is valid and enforceable until at least 60 (sixty) days after the expiry of the Warranty Period. The Contractor shall ensure that the Advance Payment Bond is valid and enforceable until at least 45 (forty five) days after such time as the amount of the Advance Payment Bond has reduced to zero in accordance with its terms.
If a Bond will, in accordance with its terms, expire at a time when Article 3.8.3 requires the Contractor to ensure that that Bond remains valid and enforceable, the Contractor shall not less than twenty-eight (28) days before the expiry of that Bond either procure the issuer to agree to an extension of the expiry date on terms acceptable to the Owner or deliver to the Owner a duly executed replacement Bond for the same amount as the Bond being replaced, and otherwise satisfying the requirements of Article 3.8.1 and Article 3.8.2.
If the Contractor fails to comply with Article 3.8.4, the Owner may immediately call the outstanding balance of the Bond and hold the same as security for compliance by the Contractor with its obligations and liabilities under the Contract.
Translation - Russian В течение 15 (пятнадцати) дней с момента оформления Акта приемки в отношении Работ сумма любой Гарантии исполнения обязательств сокращается до пяти процентов (5%) от Фиксированной паушальной суммы на дату оформления Акта приемки с согласия Собственника, в котором не может быть необоснованно отказано.
В случае предоставления Подрядчиком Гарантии исполнения обязательств в соответствии со Статьей 3.8.2 Подрядчик обязуется обеспечить сохранение такой Гарантией юридической силы в течение не менее чем 60 (шестидесяти) дней с окончания Гарантийного срока. Подрядчик обязуется обеспечить сохранение Гарантией возврата предоплаты юридической силы в течение не менее чем 45 (сорока пяти) дней с момента сокращения суммы по Гарантии исполнения обязательств до нуля в соответствии с ее условиями.
В случае истечения срока действия Гарантии в соответствии с ее условиями в период, в течение которого в соответствии со Статьей 3.8.3 Подрядчик обязуется обеспечить сохранение Гарантией юридической силы, Подрядчик обязуется не позднее чем за двадцать восемь (28) дней до даты истечения такой Гарантии либо добиться согласия выдавшего Гарантию лица на продление срока ее действия на условиях, приемлемых для Собственника, либо предоставить Собственнику новую должным образом оформленную Гарантию исполнения обязательств на ту же сумму и в остальных отношениях соответствующую требованиям Статьи 3.8.1 и 3.8.2.
В случае невыполнения Подрядчиком положений Статьи 3.8.4 Собственник оставляет за собой право потребовать выплаты оставшейся суммы по Гарантии и удерживать такую сумму в качестве гарантии выполнения Подрядчиком своих обязательств по настоящему Договору.
