Shortcuts do not (always) work

Hi all,

Trados shortcut keys in Word sometimes work, and sometimes they do not. I guess it could depend on a plenty of factors, and IT is sometimes a matter of faith, but maybe someone has already experienced a similar problem and found a solution.
