Trados Studio 2021 Neural Machine Translation (NMT) not memorizing editing changes

I am quite disappointed with Trados NMT feature since it doesn't seem to memorize my editing of its results, (a) from segment to segment within the same job and, (b) from job to job with same subject matter.

So, is Cloud NMT able to create a customized "memory" of my changes within specific subject matters? Is it better to subscribe to a third party MT supplier?
