My question is regarding the rate per min for voice over project

Can anybody help me with a confusion. How much can I charge per min for voice over project. I await your earliest response. Thank you!

There's a lot of work involved in producing a voice-over: sound checks, read-through, re-recoding in the event of a slip on the part of the speaker or microphone failure. Re-recoding if the client's representative is unhappy with the result. A ten-minute voice-over could consume at least an hour's time.
