I would like to get the answer the following question:
Explain the categorization of A, B, C and D languages.
I will be really glad to get the answer.

and the rest are your foreign languages in descending order of fluency and proficiency.

For example, let's say you are Polish, speak and read English fluently and have a good working knowledge of Italian. Polish is your A language, English is your B language, and Italian is your C language.
