problems with terminology recognition in a shared environment

Hi, I'm working with Wordfast 5.5 and it seems to have problems when the "glossaries are shared through a LAN" box is checked:
- some terms are not recognized
- terminology recognition is sometimes completely disactivated on already translated segments
Is there anyone else experiencing this kind of problems? I wrote to Wordfast support, but the operator couldn't help me...
