I suggest Flames Restaurent as a possible venue. It is a newly opened restaurent, with good food and practically no crowd. It is located at the NFD Circle, on the Vikram Sarabhai Road (the road passing before Indian Institute of Management and leading to Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway). This restaurent is just before this road meets the highway at the NFD Circle. Other landmarks nearby are the Gurudwara, Centre for Environment Education, the WIAA motor driving school.
This can accommodate 10-15 people. Lunch would approximately cost 100-150 rupees per head. If we are 10 people, the bill will come to about 1,500 rupees.
I suggest a time of around 11:00 a.m. We can tete-a-tete for a couple hours have lunch and go our ways. ▲ Collapse

Hi Ritu,
Will it be possible to arrange for identity verification during the powow?
Regarding venue, Kumud's suggestion is not a bad idea, provided Kumud is sure that it won't be a nuisance for Kumud to have all of us there. Ordering food from outside might lessen the burden. IIM campus is a beautiful place and is quite a well-known landmark and people won't have any difficulty reaching it.
