Source text - English The search for technological and industrial development has brought, in recent years, large environmental impacts and, to combat such, Green Patents facilitate the concession process for the technology that generates less impact. According to the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property), a patent is a temporary property title over an invention or utility model granted by the State to inventors, authors or other natural or legal persons holding rights over the creation. Intellectual Property is highlighted, since in addition to granting patents, it stimulates innovation and, consequently, sustainable use from the raw material to the function of the final product. In addition, it promotes environmental awareness for both producers and consumers, and seeks to reduce environmental impacts arising from the stages of production and use of products.

Source text - English With the globalization and democratization of the Internet, digital media and the new applications that are emerging in them, are impacting the consumer relations established in contemporary society. Therefore, the present study sought to analyze the communication of women's footwear and accessories retail companies, through Instagram, digital media that has stood out as a brand promotion tool, stimulating interaction and consumption. In this sense, the theoretical foundation covered topics related to increased Internet access, influence of social media on the mode of consumption and the use of the Instagram application as a commercial communication strategy. A qualitative approach was used, based on participant observation as a data collection technique, making observations on the Instagram profile of the three companies, analyzing the content posted in both stories and feed, including photos and videos. The results showed that the companies investigated exploit stories much more to promote their products than feed, and open content ranging from product launches and promotions, to the promotion of campaigns not related to page content. In addition, it’s noticeable that interaction with followers is more representative when checking likes, and that endorsement through an influencer further approximates and expands the reach of posts.
Translation - Portuguese Com a globalização e a democratização da Internet, as mídias digitais e os novos aplicativos, que nelas vem surgindo, estão impactando as relações de consumo instituídas na sociedade contemporânea. Assim, o presente estudo buscou analisar a comunicação de empresas de varejo de calçados e acessórios femininos, por meio do Instagram, mídia digital que tem se destacado como instrumento de divulgação de marcas, estimulando a interação e o consumo. Nesse sentido, a fundamentação teórica contemplou tópicos relacionados ao aumento do acesso à Internet, influência das mídias sociais no modo de consumo e o uso do aplicativo Instagram como estratégia comercial da comunicação. Foi utilizada uma abordagem qualitativa, na qual baseou-se na observação participante como técnica de coleta de dados, passando a se fazer observações no perfil do Instagram das três empresas, analisando-se os conteúdos postados tanto nos stories como no Feed, incluindo fotos e vídeos. Os resultados obtidos revelaram que as empresas investigadas exploram muito mais os stories para a divulgação de seus produtos do que o Feed, e abrangem um conteúdo que vai desde lançamentos de produtos e promoções, até a divulgação de campanhas não relacionadas com o conteúdo das páginas. Além disso, é perceptível que a interação com os seguidores é mais representativa ao se verificar as curtidas, e que o endosso através de uma influenciadora aproxima e expande ainda mais o alcance das postagens.
