Hello!

As a freelance language
provider, I specialize in English-to-Swedish projects, such as translation,
subtitling, and proofreading. 

For the past 24 years, my area
of expertise has been Healthcare and Wellness. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy
and chiropractic medicine. I´m certified by the Swedish National Board of
Health and Welfare.

Since the medical area is vast,
I accept translation projects of Medical topics in general, but foremost related to Manual Medicine, e.g. treatments, fitness,
exercise, training, selected products, and nutrition. It could be informative materials, work instructions for hospital staff, instructions for specific products, etc. Please note that pharmaceuticals,
and projects covering prescriptive drugs are not in my field.

Having worked with and amongst
people my entire career, I truly appreciate the dynamics of good teamwork.
However, independent work and sole responsibility are also part of my life. I have excellent communication skills, high customer focus,
reliability, and attention to detail.

Throughout the 80s and 90s, I
was fortunate to live and work abroad for several years. My curiosity and
everlasting interest in exploring and learning led to extensive traveling
around the world. Together with photography and creative
writing, they are still a part of me and my life.
