I Completed my B.Tech. in computer science & engineering in 1989 from HBTI Kanpur, INDIA. I have 20 years eaxperience in various administrative, secretarial and technical activities in Government of India, where correspondance is a major job activity. Held a post of Drawing and Disbursing Officer for 3 years (Financial disbursement of salaries and dues and looking after office's expenditures and revenues).

Presently Working as District Informatics Officer in National Informatics Centre, Banda (U.P.), India.
