I'm pretty confused concerning the rates.
Could you tell me the normal rates per minute for the language pair (En- Ar), please?
I don't want to give the Potential clients very low price or very high, for that reason I need your help.

Here you can see data on average rates / fees charged by ProZ.com translators:
https://search.proz.com/employers/rates

But I thing subtitling rates should be higher as it includes something else beside translation. You can search the corun discussions, e.g.:
