В данной статье хотелось бы затронуть тему стройварианта, как жилья. Начнем с того, что это понятие имеет два значения на языке риелтора. Первое значение – это квартира в доме который строится. Другими словами, квартира существует пока что лишь на бумаге. Даже если уже построили ваш этаж и квартира уже есть в натуральном виде, на нее еще нет права собственности. Вторым значением слова называют степень внутренней отделки жилья. На покупателя ложится вся работа по качественной отделке, чтобы помещение было пригодно для проживания.
