Help with handwriting translation

Hi,

I bought a painting today and I would like to know what is written on it.
I guess the first row is the name of the painting and the row below is the author's name.
I tried all kinds of online tools, but they just don't work with handwriting.

It's Korean. You should be able to get some help from the Korean language forum.
